Who can let us in
If there is a lobby, a caretaker or a gated parkade, someone on your end has to open it. Building access belongs to your strata or property manager.

Where the car is
For a car, tell us the street, or the parkade and level. Signal can be poor underground, so say it before you head down.

Strata limits
Lobby, parkade and common-area keys belong to your strata, and we never copy or program building fobs. Your own suite or house door is ours to open.

A suite door lockout
Most calls start at a front door. We check the lock, open it without damage where we can, and confirm the total on the call first.
If the door is a strata building entrance, that part is for your strata to open.

A rekey after a move
New to a place and unsure who holds keys? We rekey the cylinder at your door so the old keys stop working.
The same hardware stays on the door.
