Yes. Grandview-Woodland has a lot of housing from the 1920s–1950s, and mortise locks — the type set into the door edge rather than bored through it — are common in the heritage rental stock here. We stock replacement cylinders and can rekey most mortise lock keyways on the spot. Full mortise lock body replacements are less common but doable; call us to confirm your specific make if you're unsure.
