A car key starts a car, so we check before we make one. We ask for ID and proof you own the vehicle, such as the registration, before any key is cut or programmed.
If the registration is locked inside the car, say so on the call. We will explain what else can show ownership before anything is cut.
If ownership can't be shown, we don't make the key. That rule protects you as much as anyone.
